Poker Rally June 10

Warehouse Services, a local auto parts supplier, has distributed flyers at my workplace advertising a poker rally. They usually have an annual open house on a weekday but this year they've moved it to Saturday. It involves dropping in to their branches through the day for free food, garage sales, cars on display, etc.

I thought this would be a great excuse to get together and bomb around with a group of Supras for a day. They have branches in Ft. Saskatchewan and Sherwood Park (maybe Stony Plain, I'm going by memory) so a little highway driving is involved as well.

If anyone is interested, speak up. I will post more details soon.

OK, more details:

-5 branches, located in North Edmonton, South Edmonton, Ft. Sask., Sherwood Park and Leduc. The rally goes from 9AM to 5PM. Each stop will hand out a Poker Card, the 2 best hands for the day each win an Island Vacation package for 4.
-Free draw entry at each stop for Grand Prix of Edmonton weekend passes
-Garage sale and free burgers and pop at South Edmonton branch
-Car Show and $.75 bug wash jugs at North Edmonton branch
-BIKINI CAR WASH and die-cast sale in Ft. Saskatchewan
-Pennzoil Nitro Funny Car on display and oil specials in Leduc
-Performance parts and Westward tool deals in Sherwood Park


Come on guys, we can cruise, eat and check out cars and girls, all for the price of gas. Who knows, maybe one of us could be lucky enough to win something!
