This is another top quality product that I have bought. Very easy install, and comes wtih every thing needed. This unit replaced part of the plastic upper intercooler piping with an aluminum one with the BOV attached to it. The sound it lets off is amazing when you shift under high boost and in a tunnel. When installing it just ensure that you tighten the clamps tightly to the 3000 pipe and to the upper intercooler pipe coming from the car or you may blow off your pipe causing your ride to stall. Not that I would have done that in the past . :D

I have noticed that the BOV holds boost pressure very well and releases it well. The downside to this is that because you are venting to the atmoshphere you will experience some back fire and cause your Air to Fuel ratios to be out as you are releasing metered air.

I highly reccomend this product and well worth the price paid.

Thanks for reading.

Adding to this.

MKIV Supra TT, JDM, HKS SSQV3 BOV

I'm rather happy with this as well. Holds pressure great, sounds a little ricy, but there's inserts you can install to change the pitch. If memory serves, it actually uses 3 progressively larger valves internally, instead of 2 like the previous models.

Install was pretty easy. Installs into stock location with a little knuckle banging...getting the hoses into place is a little bit of a chore. It gives you the option of recirculating the air like stock, or venting to atmosphere.

Being JDM, there were no A/F issues since it measures via the MAP sensor. This probably won't be the case with a north american supra.
