I agree, doesn't matter what's done to it as long as it looks good.

P.S. I want to clarify that's just in this case, my philosophy of course is the complete opposite, as apparent from seeing my car. :D

I would think about putting mine into the show as the engine compartment is very clean looking...and OEM looking. But the rest of the car needs a bit more help before I would show it.
I think that Clean OEM looking cars should be encouraged to show. For me I know nothing about Hondas. Open the hood on a heavily modded one and would not know what to oooh and aww over. Unless there was a clean OEM one handy to compare it with.
As these cars get older the non-modded ones will be sought after much like the muscle cars are now. To me there is nothing better than the factory look to an older car.

on 780 they mentioned that they want "visually modded" cars...which is crap. Mine looks pretty much stock, even my muffler isn't noticeable even though it's 3"s through.
I like the red mk2, but I know it won't be much appreciated. All the attention will probably go to a bunch of hondas with ugly bodykits and euro taillights there, all displaying "e-z whoresports" stickers.

Yeah you end up whoring your car for the sponsors of the show and get nothing but pricks posting up how much your car could be if only you (insert ricer drivel here).
I looked at a couple of shows last year and thought. F that!

I saw the stuff that was there last year, and pretty much all of our cars look better (except mine :D ). I think that the red mk ii should give it a shot, I'd put it in over the stuff that was there last time
