Hey guys, ive been looking everywhere for a write up/diagram on how to wires LS2 coils to a 1J but i am having no luck, does anyone know of a source/website that could help me out?

you'll need a standalone. I see if I can find my diagram as I also was interested in doing it.

check out the coils plug wiring. Where the pin on the coil says 5v, this is where you wire to the ecu. keep in mind, you shouldn't use the factory ecu and you cannot use the ignitor. lsx coils have built in ignitiors.

I'm not sure how to wire them to the 1J ECU, but I'm sure it wouldn't be difficult. I currently have the LS2/Tahoe coils on my 1J swap running MS3/X.

They're a badass coil, I'll tell ya that!

Yeah, I just got ordered a coil pack for my 2JZGTE twin turbo from an auto supplies (http://www.canpages.ca/business/AB/calgary/automobile-parts-and-supplies-new-retail/91-050200.html) store. I was missing out at higher speeds and tried replacing the spark plugs several times, but didn't help. Hopefully the new coils will get me back up to speed.
