i have a question for you guys, i know comming up here pretty soon the MK III supras are going to be classified as "classics" i was just wondering about insurance and the benefits and the disadvantages and everything that goes into the name "classic car"

there are some disadvantages to insuring as a classic, like only being alloweed to drive a rediculously low amount of KM's. myself, i would use the alotted KM's within a couple months.

cheap, and everything i belive is appraised at its actual value, not blue book.

You can get any car appraised at it's actual value, they just charge more. My buddy had that done to his 240 he sank a lot of money into.

yes, but its not a mandatory part of regular insurance.

also, classics usually MUST be garage kept, have security systems and a bunch of other requirements.

ok so you need to have 10 years driving experience to have classic insurance ?? ... if thats true thats kinda .... stupid lol seeing as how i dont have 10 years driving experience, but as far as i've seen, aside from the depreciation feature there's not a whole lot cool about this insurance.
