Well it's time to start selling the shifters. This is most likely is the only group buy that will happen for this shifter, After that regular price will be $250.00 (US)

I still find this shifter to be the only one that is out there that can do all the things it can do and well worth the money when compared to others.

Details on the shifter that sets it at the top of all the other shifters out there for the W58 and R154 transmissions ( note this shifter will not work in 4x4 truck trans)

-Fully adjustable 360 degrees of radius movement and about 180 degrees angle movement
-hight is all changeable as well from sogi hight to truck hight
-can use stock isolator for those who want less vibration in their shifter and less heat

From the looks of it, its got all you want .. if you adjust it right.. you can make it very close to the steering wheel (for you who dont want the time loss in a speed shift).. and very short shift distance.

The Youtubes show it pretty well.

Beechperformance.com has one as well that looks good, but I just like the adjustability of this one..

As long as I have the $$ when the group buy is due, I will be grabbing one for sure. (maybe 2.. depending). All depends on how much my body/paint is gonna soak me for...

I really like the fact that you can adjust the height on this one. Mine is a "cut off" shifter.. and its a touch too low for my taste. I like having my shifter just a bit closer to the steering wheel and this allows you to swing it right where I would like it.

I have one installed in my car, they work pretty good. I like the adjustability on them, and the quality seems good

not that my $0.02 has been asked for, but (and I may be biased here) but the S3v2 from Suprasport gets my vote as the best unit around for our cars. Short throw, vibration isolated shaft (key feature in my opinion), and also height adjustable for those that care.

Several on here have one, and swear by them, though likely people generally prefer whatever model they have themselves. There have been some threads on here, and many on SM on the subject.

Your choice.

hmm.. I think I looked at one of those a while back.. time to "re-peek"

went and looked.. its about 50 bucks more.. but I remember reading about that shifter.. very well built.

I still think I am going to go with this one though simply because it is easier to adjust. After 5 years.. I still haven't decided how I am going to drive my MKIII.. if that makes sense.
Its always been in build mode.. so I have babied it.. lol.

Just a note for anyone interested in getting these short shifters (I have mine coming in the new year... and will post a pic here of what I get).. there are 6 left at 310.00 from the SM forums group buy...

not sure if they will make them again afterwards.

Just a note.. I got mine (will install after my heater core is replaced), but they are starting another group buy on Supramania if you are interested in one.
