[JZS_RCTS]

So last July/August I picked up this 98 Lexus GS300. Always wanted one, finally found the color combo I wanted, for the price I wanted.

When I bought the car it was bone stock. It sat on my driveway for about 3 months undriven until I sold my Supra and had the motivation to start working on it. Car needed brakes and suspension right away, so I just jumped into the build without ever really driving it in stock form.

First round of mods:

Engine:
HKS Hi-Power Exhaust
HKS Super Hybrid Filter


Brakes:
Supra 4 pot calipers
DBA 4000 series rotors
Endless MX72 pads
Endless RF-650 fluid
Goodridge SS lines


Suspension:
Zeal Function T coilovers, custom valved, custom springs (22K/20K)
New front upper control arms
New front lower ball joints


Sound:
-Pioneer AVH-P4200-DVD headunit
-Focal 165KRXS front speakers
-Focal 130CVX rear speakers
-Focal 33KX Sub
-Steg Masterstroke MSC1500 amp (front speakers)
-Steg K2.01 amp (sub)
-Custom Enclosure
-Parcel shelf, and all 4 doors fully Dynamatted

went into the body shop to get some hail damage removed, as well as my trunk repainted and JP spoiler put on... I asked them to check out a little rust spot i saw on the rear quarter turned out that it wasn't just a little rust spot...

the turbo is epic. what kind of numbers are you reaching for with the build?

keeping it streetable and somewhat conservative. I'm only aiming for 600whp on pump gas.

right now it's at 480whp at 12psi, with a slipping trans.

gotta put my boostlogic auto in, my cams, new fuel pumps.... just can never find the time since we're so busy at the shop these days.

Also flossing some new mods, Bride Vorga CF reclinable seat, another one will be on the way soon. Lowered a bit more, finally made an intake tube, installed my boost controller.
