quiet area , 1/2 block away from londonderry. No smoking inside(need a smoke, take it outside) there is a garage but my supra is in there, along with the landlord's son's 2010 "bumblebee" camaro http://forums.780tuners.com/images%5Csmilies%5Cfacepalm.gif, so usage can be figured out later
rent is 900, split utilities.
