In my experience "make me an offer" just invites lowballs. If I were you I'd post something a little higher than you expect and then throw on an "or best offer" so you can negotiate it down to what you really want. Just a thought.

Most people here buy in person, so this would be an extra charge they will have to consider. This will also aid in talking about the same curreny rates when communicating
