Product: MOMO 'Race' Shift Knob (Air Leather)
Place Purchased: Autotoyz in West Edmonton Mall
Price Paid: $110
Application: Universal for Manual Transmissions
Highlights: Looks really good, it's confortable and isn't affected by temperature changes like metal knobs are, perfect size, very easy install
Caveats: When I first got it, it was a little loose and that bothered me but I tightened it up a bit and now it's fine, sometimes the little metal piece in the centre gets too cold or too hot, price was expensive, but you have to pay to play
Installation Time: About 15 minutes, and, as usual, I was taking my sweet time.
Installation Difficulty (1-10, 10 being difficult): 1; Pick one of the included rubber bushings that just barely fits onto your shifter, push it into the knob, tighten the knob with included allen key and screws, and then screw on the satin aluminum cover on the bottom. It's that easy, that was like a complete how-to guide.
Rating (1-10, 10 being best): 10
Additional Comments: I think I said it all, I'm very pleased with it, but I need to find a way to bring my shifter boot up flush with the knob after doing the SOGI Short Shifter mod.

Boy, I need to clean that thing with leather cleaner again, and my car looks pretty dirty when you're looking this closeup :(

Oh well, in the spring...

Never, just the initial problem where I didn't put it on properly. It's been 100% solid ever since, and that was about a year and a half ago, I can't even turn it side to side if I try (unless I break it :D ).
