Hi everbody, I'm Souljah
Well my real name's Ryan
I'm a 15 year old high school student living in Edmonton who is a few months away from signing the pink slip and becoming the official owner of a '84 MkII. :D
Unfortunately it was hit while it was parked on the South Side a few months ago and I'm still waiting for a new left fender from Japan :(

Current owner only drove it in the winter (for reasons unexplained) and had it parked in his drive-way for the past 2-3 years. Got it running this summer and it's running good. The body shudders every now and then at a red-light. Need to tear apart the block sometime, he went and blew the piston rings. Think he was trying to get up an icy onramp or something. Rear suspension needs... attention. It's pretty dead. Feels like I'm gunna rip out the axle everytime I go ovre a speed bump. :(

Other then the left fender, and some surface rust in the rocker panals and wheel wells, the body's in great condition, still got it's original paint :) But that will likely change when the fender finally gets here.

I look forward to meeting you guys and getting hold of your words of wisdom

Welcome to the club Ryan!

You are in good company of some MKII owners here (myself excluded) and I'm sure they can give you piles of advice, now I just need to think of some words of wisdom...

Cheers,

Tim
