Sorry for the double post, admin please delete post in Auto Parts section ;)

OK so I finally got my new doors put on (thanks to everyone who wanted to help). Couple issues, I broke the driver side lock bezel and and lock switch (Whats in the pic) so I'm using an old pass side flipped around for the time being. Plus my pass door doesn't power lock cause the switch has always been busted.

Is it possible to order a driver and pass lock bezel and lock mechanism for an 88 blue interior?

Both lock control levers are obsolete in all colours. I can still get the switches however, if that's all you need.

84930-14080 - Switch, Lock; List: $141.50, Cost: $120.30 each

As for the bezels, they are no longer available in blue. I can still get them in black, however.

69761-14010-01 - Bezel, RH Lock; List: $16.75, Cost: $14.25
69762-14010-01 - Bezel, LH Lock; List: $16.75, Cost: $14.25

If you need just the clips, I can get those as well.

Contact me if you need me to order any of these for you.

Hope that helps.

Jeff

Ok sounds good, I believe my driver side is mounted upside down but does work. My pass side lever ( the knob that moves back and forth ) doesn't seem to go all the way to lock properly so I may need one. Is install a big issue? Or maybe even a one over before purchase for this kind of thing? Just to make sure I understand the problem.

I transferred all of that hardware over from my '89 doors to the '87 parts car doors which are on the car now. (My interior is grey, the '87 was maroon.)

Install is not difficult.

If the lever is not moving all the way, however, it's more likely that the "problem" is elsewhere in the chain. Mine don't move all the way when I use the power locks, but as long as the locks are engaging and disengaging, that's fine with me. There is a slight adjustment available for the lever's position as well.

I never, ever, EVER want to deal with door and lock linkages again.

Why? It's not difficult. Pissy and fiddly, and you can scrape the ____ out of your arms, but not difficult...

there is even less room to access the linkages, and they are in a worse place on the A60 cars.
