Hey all,
This is my half assed version of meeting notes:
I am going to try to get our club registered as a non-profit organization in the next little bit, and then we will get a club bank account.
Barry indicated that he might be able to make the club key fobs at his work for about the same cost as I was going to buy them. The design ideas we talked about will be much better than the ones I had originally come up with. I look forward to seeing them done.
I am going to get some business cards ordered today so we can card & recruit more members. Dave gave us a great new design that I will use for the next batch. The new colors will triple the cost of the cards and I think we need to stay affordable to make this work at this time.
We had discussed an event manager or an event calendar for the site. This person would be asked to keep an eye out for events we would like to participate in as a club and making sure all members are aware that it is available. Suprafest is the big one but there will be several others during the year we will need some sort of organization for.
Please post up ideas or comments you may have related to this or other issues you think need addressing.
