Say hello to my new RA29 Celica. Current plans:
-Get the 20R running
-Replace rockers and rear fenders
-Paint
-Put a 22R bottom end on to it because I can't seem to not have some weird hybrid motor in any of my cars
-Fuel injection
-Turbo



Now, does anyone have a 20R carb?

Goes without saying. But if you play with fire...

That is an interesting project. Though you run the risk of not completing projects the more you take on. It will be interesting to watch this one progress. What is your timeframe? Anything other than what you indicated need attention?

Well, timeframe is "whenever I get around to it". I'm not really pressed to get it finished. I already have the truck project to complete before this really gets any attention. Chances are not a whole lot will be done until next spring. I have the truck's replacement motor stripped, and ready to go to the machine shop though. Just some infusion of funds, and some hard to find parts (R151, R154), and it should be more or less complete, allowing me to work on this.

If I were bored and rich, I would call up Keegan every 6 months to give me an idea for my next project to restore an old toyota into something interesting.

thats not as ridiculous as my '04 rav 4 with a 2jz in it' idea. on a monster truck chassis. with lasers. lol
