Well it finally happened. BHG!! Unfortunatley for me it is on my work truck and I have to gt it fixed right away. I am off this weekend so if anyone has nothing to do and would maybe like to help me change it I would appreciate any help. Also if anyone has a good torgue wrench I could borrow that would be great. Not sure yet if im going to do both sides (V6 engine) so im going to price out the parts this week. This also means I won't be making it out to the dyno day and that I may have to take my supra off the road right away. I may even have to consider buying a new van for work and possibly selling the supra to pay for it. That would really suck but I have to look at all my options. Well thats all my good news for the day, have a good one.

Marc,
If that's you're good new, I'm going to stay the hell away from your bad news! I don't have time to help you work on the BHG, but I deo have a torque wrench that I can lend you. It's a 1/2" drive and it's about 18-24" long. Noy sure if you were looking for something smaller, but let me know if you can uuse this one ASAP, and I'll get my dad to bring it into town with him tomorrow and I'll set up a time to meet with you.
Too bad about the BHG, but I really hope you don't need to sell your supra!
Let me know what if you need the wrench.
Cheers,
Tim

Hi Marc,
Welcome to the BHG club, even though it is not on the Supra. LOL. I have not been on the site for a while. Did you do the job yet? If not I have lots of tools and a good torque wrench. Saturday may work out best for me.

ive got a 3/8" drive torque wrench, not really any imperial tools tho.
its an astro van right? so its easier to drop the entire motor than do things with it in the van

Well i got all the parts off and cleaned up so now it time to start puting it back together. I have fri and sat off this week so i hope to have it done friday and leave sat for any potential problems. I bought a torque wrench so thanks for the offers guys. I figured i needed it anyway and chances are the way i've been boosting i will need to be doing the head on the supra someday also LOL. So if anyone has friday off and wants to kill some time getting dirty give me a call on my cell 907-7948.
