Just wondering about a swap from a mark II auto to a 5speed, how many hours would it take? roughly, and how much would the parts cost new/used? thanks....
I know nothing, i tryed searching for it no results

you need a pedal assembly, the gearbox, master and slave cylinders, clutch hardline and soft line, driveshaft front half, transmission crossmember, clutch and a bit of wiring to short the circuit for the neutral start interlock.
Call it $500 if you can get most of this stuff used, from the junkyard. How long depends on how fast you are - call it a weekend at least.

Hey if you end up doing the tranny swap before I do could you post up any problems you might have run into? I'm planning on swapping a 7m along with r154 into a Toyota Chaser. The Chaser is rhd so i'm not sure if i'll have any weird pedal problems. no one has given me any solid answers about that.

RHD won't pose any problems in and of itself, other than getting the pedals. The clutch is hydraulic so it'll just be a matter of getting the line where it needs to go.
