Valve seal replacement in a 5m

Has anyone done a valve guide seal replacement in a 5m? Keegan suggests that it's a pain in the butt, I'd like to know more about the process. Anyone??

I did mine while the head was off. Pretty simple process. If you plan on doing it in the car, though, it will be a few hour job. In my opinion, if your engine needs them, it's worth the effort to burn a little less oil.

Doing it with the head on the engine is difficult, but possible
