Does anybody know what the light on the leftside beside the temp gauge is it comes on for abit Only when I make left turns and its been bothering me

its the warning light for the coolant overflow tank level

Dave should have added that you need to add water to it. Keep an eye on it because it might continue to come on. This would mean you have a leak somewre.

its definitely leaking something I know it leaks powersteering fluid like crazy. Im gonna take it in for a entire fluid flush sometime this week

yeah, check out the lines and hose clamps, and make sure you have your coolant mix topped up like earl said

heh its not the most easily decipherable of warning lights, thanks Toyota! I had the light come on when a hose clamp let loose on a coolant line, I posted up on a forum about it, before I got a real answer there were about 10 respones to the effect of "it means the bird escaped out of its cage LOL"

I couldn't find for the life of me what the light beside the "door ajar" lamp meant, it shows rays emanating from the rear of the car. I thought it meant my car had developed rocket boosters, but it turns out, in a much less exciting fashion, that one of my tail lamps went out.

Add that to my list of things to do.
