Oh my god.
(Could be worse. For a minute, I thought you might have bought that Yellow/black 84)

Neat Ride....just watch out for icebergs!
(oh, and make sure you have enough life boats)
Enjoy your time machine.

No, Keegan I don't like that car.
Almost first up will be swapping the front drums for rotors. Then I should be able to navigate the streetways a little safer.

At least it's kind of battering ram shaped anyways,
Ye gods!
What have you done?

Wow, that lime green interior is like a time capsule in and of itself.
Gotta love the "for sale" pic with the fuzzy dice hanging from the mirror.
So, the obvious question is... Why?

I dig 70's boats and the price was right. And my good friend is a dodge fanatic. :) We were going to go half on it.

Nice looking car. My first car was a '79 Ford LTD, so I developed some love for these old boats.
That engine doesn't look stock at all. Know what's been done?
You should go for some Coker Classics with the 4" white wall. :) http://www.antiquetyres.com.au/cokerclassic.html

Hard to say. The carb could be stock, or it might be a replacement. It could just have an intake manifold and chrome valve covers.
My bet would be though that it's just a 4bbl carb, the intake manifold and the chrome valve covers on an otherwise stock V8. If it were more than that, the owner probably would have already done something about those rockin' 4 wheel drum brakes. ;)

Don't forget a set of paddles in case of emergency.

Dude, you could smuggle a lot of beer in that car. I always had a thing for old buicks, so I understand completley. The under the hood area looks pretty darn clean for a 73. :-D

440 swap! lol
my brothers got a 1968 Chrysler Newport, 4 door, 383. I like it. the boat is in 'dry dock' at my parents for the winter.

Going half on a car is like sharing a gf... it really only works if your gonna both ride her at the same time.

lol Barry.
The carb's a holley double pumper. It's a light duty drivetrain a big block would surely kill the transmission. This is my road trip car anyway.
Grab life by the horns.

Dude!
4 wheel drums just keep the adventure alive. This thing should get good highway mileage as it will do 100 mph at idle.....nice car...just for fun, mess some heads up by trying to enter it in an auto-cross or drift event....see how many people scream...

Or I could drive down the boat launch for a personal ferry or sea bus.... It's going to be Vancouver Island come the 16th. Though I was there for the month of June.

Nobody bid on it. The bid would have been down to fifty dollars and nobody fucking bid on it. Laugh out loud, now what am I going to do. This is the worst four hundred dollar investment ever.
