Club Stuff!

Here is where things are now.

Club Stickers:
I talked with Darcy from EPC and he has a place in Calgary that does his stickers. They will be around $7 a set (2) for the cars. Once I order them they will be around 3 weeks to get. At this time they will be white only to keep costs down.

Club T-shirts:
I have sourced out a place that will do silkscreen logos onto shirts locally.
your only option right now is black with white left chest logo. $15 each. They will take 10 days from order date. Minimum order is 25 and they come in med to XXL.

Club Membership Key chains:
As mentioned before I wanted to do this instead of cards. A plastic key chain with a printed slip in it with your membership number/ID on it. This would be shown to our sponsors for the discounts on goods & services.

I have to buy 3 times what I need for the registered members; that sucks, so I am in a position where I have to ask that you buy them to help cover costs. The up side is we can replace lost or broken ones quite easily. $3 each.

The prices I have listed come to $25 for the "Club Set" and there will be a little profit to put towards the club setup and overhead. My guess is $100 max for the club based on a 25-member participation and a cost of $525 invested.

As mentioned in another thread we need to register as a non-profit before we can fund raise outside the club. That will allow us to sell burgers at shows, have hall parties, do raffles and stuff.

Let me know if you are in on this or have other ideas that will work for us. Remember I made this very basic just to get started. Once we get some funds built up we can order better stickers, hats & hoodies etc for next year.

EDIT: I plan on buying a couple of shirts cause I cant keep em clean...even the black ones! :lol: Order as many shirts & stickers you may want.
All orders must be paid in advance please and the orders will not go in untill minimum numbers have been met for specified items.

Thank you for sourcing that out. It Looks great. Just to clarify the "Club Set" The set included 2 sitckers, a T-Shirt and a key chain all or the price of $25.00. Not a bad deal. If I am correct, mark me down or the club set.

The shirt size is large.

2 SupraClub Window stickers.
1 Supraclub members key chain.

Let it also be known that you may also order bits of the above or extras as needed. I know my family would look really "tight" with matching Supra Club shirts. ;)

OK I know boring but it works. Once these are sold off I will make new ones. I was thinking of having the same front but on the back have a big Toyota "T" logo & getting Sun Toyota and Kingsway Toyota to spring for most of the cost. That way we will have shirts for cheap.
