Well, I suppose that since there are likely a lot of members who haven't the slightest clue of who I am, maybe I should post a thread in here.
Hi.
I got my '89NA on Feb 29, 1996 with about 150,000 kms on the odometer. My the end of March, I'd found www.supras.com, and had signed onto the mailing list there. From there, I found SONiC as well, and joined up.
When this little project for started, I joined here, too, actually, I think pretty close to the start of things, but as you can see by my meager post count, I haven't exactly been the most active member.
My recent engine trouble caused me to take a renewed interest in this local club. (Not that I was disinterested before, I just didn't have TIME. -- I've been getting involved in hobbies other than my car.)
Through my reading and other various activities, I'd say that I know a reasonable amount about turbocharger theory and application, though I don't own one (yet.) I'm fairly confident with my own wrenching skills, but wouldn't turn down help if available. ;)
I've kind of let my car slip some, I need to do some body work in the worst way.
